In partnership with TOBE Design Group, Emotive Architecture played a key role in refining the design and finalizing construction documentation for Winston House Apartments, a multi-phase renovation project aimed at enhancing both the architectural character and resident experience.
The initial phase focused on the transformation of the residential corridors and elevator lobbies on typical floors. Through upgraded lighting, refined material palettes, and thoughtful detailing, these circulation spaces were reimagined to feel brighter, more cohesive, and welcoming, improving everyday movement through the building.
The second phase centered on the ground floor, where the main lobby, fitness center, community room, business center, and garage elevator lobbies were redesigned to support comfort, convenience, and community engagement. Each space was carefully planned to foster interaction while maintaining a sense of modern hospitality and visual continuity.
The final phase, currently in progress, focuses on the rooftop amenity deck. Once completed, this elevated space will offer residents an outdoor retreat featuring custom pergolas, a grilling station, flexible furniture groupings, and landscaped zones. Designed as an extension of the building’s communal life, the rooftop will provide both panoramic views and a variety of spaces for relaxation and gathering.
Through a collaborative and detail-oriented process, Winston House is being transformed into a more vibrant, connected, and architecturally unified residential community.
