When our client approached us expressing their desire to revamp the HistoricLobby we were honored. The client’s main concern was that the space was beingunder-utilized and needed a fresh approach for adaptive reuse. Our concept was totransform the main lobby into a multi-functional public gathering space whereresidents could read, receive visitors and in the future have access to Wi Fi; and formanagement to host events such as open houses for prospective residents.
Our main goal was also focused on transforming the space to create a livingenvironment that enriches the end user’s experience through aesthetics, functionand the support of their activities. For most residents and visitors, want toexperience an atmosphere of being welcomed and feeling relaxed, as theytransition to their private spaces.
